Empowering Female Volleyball Players Through Dual Careers
Equip 16-17-year-old female volleyball players with knowledge and skills in coaching, club management, and statistics to create future career opportunities in sports beyond their playing years
Increasing Retention of Young Female Athletes in Volleyball
Address the main reasons for dropout among teenage girls in volleyball by providing a structured dual career path and fostering a supportive sports club environment that encourages them to stay engaged in the sport
Promoting Gender Equality in European Volleyball
Strengthen the role of women in volleyball by increasing female representation in coaching, management, and statistical roles, while ensuring diverse participation, social inclusion, and alignment with European green policies

At ServeHER, we believe that a career in sports doesn’t have to end when playing does. Our mission is to equip 16-17-year-old female volleyball players with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities to transition into coaching, club management, and sports statistics, securing their future in the game.
Keeping Girls in Volleyball
Many young female athletes leave volleyball at a crucial stage in their development. We aim to address the key reasons for dropout by providing a structured dual career program that ensures they have a place in the sport—whether as players, coaches, or leaders.
